What is your email newsletter?
Our email newsletter is used to communicate news and information to our subscribers and valued customers. Does your rug shed?
Our rug is manufactured with enhanced technology and quality polypropylene fibers materials. In most cases, it will not shed.
Will my rug require a rug pad?
Depending on type of surface. In most cases, our rug may not require a pad.
How do I care for my area rug?
You can vacuum regularly or spot-clean stains using mild soap and water. You can also visit our knowledge center page for more tips on rug care.
Will the sizing vary from what is listed?
We always state the actual product size beside the template size for customer. However, please be advised that variations may exist by up to 5% of the listed dimensions.
Are the colors on your website accurate?
Our displayed images have the most accurate colors possible. Please keep in mind that color variation may occur due to different monitors/screen resolutions. In some cases, patterns may vary according to item size. These are not considered defects.
How can I get a coupon for my order?
I can’t apply coupon to my order. What happened?
Maybe you have ordered closeout/clearance or special sale items which are not eligible for coupons. Besides that, all coupon-eligible items should applied successfully. Please visit our Coupon Page for additional information.
I have not received parts of my order. What’s wrong?
We process orders as received. If you order multiple items at different time, they might be delivered on different dates due to different order processing time.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In stock items usually take 1 – 2 business days to process and shipped. Depending on your location, it may take 3-6 business days for your order to be delivered. Tracking number[s] and anticipated delivery date is provided.
Can I hold parts of my order?
We process orders as we received them. We cannot hold order or postpone a delivery date.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. You can change or cancel your order[s] within 12 hours the order was placed provided it has not been shipped. We can change or cancel an order at no restocking fee if the order has not been shipped. To change or cancel an order, please contact customer service by emailing us as soon as you decide to do so. We process cancellation requests during normal business hours. We strongly suggest you contact us as soon as possible for any change or cancellation before order is shipped out. Once order has been shipped before change or cancellation request, customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We strongly advise that you carefully review the details of your order prior to checking out. Otherwise, contact us immediately to manage your request.

No, we don’t store any credit card information and we do not have access to any credit card information. Payments only remitted to us through credit card companies and PayPal. Zero access to any credit card information.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all credit cards and PayPal form of payments.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We don’t ship internationally at present.
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Unfortunately, no. We ship to the lower 48 states only. This does not include Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories. There is no local pick up. We don’t ship to PO Boxes or APO’s.
How do I track package?
We emailed you shipping carrier, corresponding tracking number[s] stating anticipated delivery date. You can also login to your BBHE Account to track your order.
How will my item ship?
We ship packages through FedEx ground service and update you with tracking details immediately.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is FREE and FAST. You will not be billed for shipping.
How do I return an item?
Items eligible for return must be returned in the same condition that it was delivered to you. Any returns must be shipped back in the same manner as they were received.
How much will return shipping cost?

Who will pay for return shipping if I decide to return the item?
Unless the item is factory defected, damaged or wrong item was shipped, customer is responsible for return shipment cost.
