Firstly, Best Buy Home Essentials Returns & Refund is simple and straightforward. Item must be in its new unused condition. Once we receive the return, we will process credit or refund. Exceptions To Returns & Refund
Here are a few exceptions. We will not accept any damaged or used item for a return, exchange or refund. If you have an issue with your order solely due to Best Buy Home Essentials or factory’s fault, we will accept such item in its new unused condition within 30 days from delivery date and issue a full refund. However, if you decide to return based on personal reason, we will issue your refund for the purchase price less shipping fees. Meanwhile, if you choose to ship the item back using your carrier, you have to provide us with the tracking number. We will issue a full refund once we received the item in its new unused condition.
Credit And Refund
